How to integrate Zoom with your Instahyre account

If you and your team are using Zoom for video interviews, then you can easily integrate it with your Instahyre account. That way, you can automatically generate a Zoom link to each interview email you send through Instahyre.

Q. How to activate the Zoom Integration on Instahyre

Please follow the below steps to activate it.

Open the Integrations page, and click "Integrate now" on the Zoom option.



You will be redirected to the following pop-up where you can log in to your Zoom account.



Once you sign in, Instahyre and Zoom will be connected.

Now, you can set up an interview call with an automated Zoom link!

Q. How to Schedule an Interview call on Zoom?

You have already integrated the Zoom application and are ready to schedule candidate interviews through the platform.

Follow the below steps:

Open a candidate's profile through either the Candidates page or the Inbox page.

Next, click the calendar icon.



Add the details of the interview like date, time, duration, etc.



Select "Zoom" from the "Event type" menu and click on the "Confirm" button.



The details of the interview will be added to the email body. Finally, hit "Send email".



The Zoom interview link will be shared with the candidate and will be added to your Zoom events.



The event will also be added to your Google or Outlook calendar if you've already integrated them.

How to remove the Zoom Integration

In order to remove the Zoom integration follow the below steps.

Go to Integrations > Click on "Disable" next to the Zoom application.



Then click on "Confirm" and the Zoom integration will be disabled.



You can also uninstall the Instahyre app from your Zoom account as follows:

Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Instahyre app.

Click the Instahyre app.

Click Uninstall.
