I’m only looking for a certain kind of companies. How can I choose?

Although many companies are hiring, we only show you openings that are relevant to your profile. Recruiters put a lot of detailed criteria for what they need for each role, and we match based on that criteria to ensure that neither you nor the recruiter has to waste time needlessly and can instead focus on the relevant matches.

How do I delete my account?

Note that if you've already gotten a new job or would like to pause your job search, you can instead do the following as well:

Open your profile page
Edit "Job Preferences" and in "Select your job search status" select "Not looking"
Edit "Privacy Settings" and select "Only companies I apply to can see my profile"

Once you do that above, you won't receive any emails from us, and recruiters won't be able to view your profile. This way you can snooze your profile without having to delete and recreate it in the future

If you'd still like to delete your profile, Click the "Contact Us" link on the bottom of the page, and let us know that you'd like to delete your profile. We will process it the same day and send you a confirmation email.

Instahyre tailors candidate experience for you, unlike old job portals. Our AI uses your profile efficiently to show you highly relevant job opportunities. Hence, your profile is the most crucial page in your Instahyre account. Make sure you keep updating your profile religiously and don’t leave any section blank. Happy job hunting!

Create your profile

If you have linked your LinkedIn account with Instahyre, your profile page would already have some sections filled in, e.g. your name, profile picture, etc. Other details like your skills, professional and educational background, location, CTC, and notice period are filled in based on the information you provided during the signup process.

Job Preferences

This section helps our algorithm fetch the jobs that match your experience and are aligned to your future expectations and preferences. Generally, other platforms don’t consider your preferences and show you job postings that are not even remotely related to you. We are sure you must be bombarded with irrelevant openings. Not at Instahyre! Our platform is preferred by recruiters who are looking for people like you.

So make your picks! Write your current job location and then pick your desired location/locations from the drop-down menu. You can choose from both national and international, or if you would like to work from home, then just pick work from home.

Introduction to ATS integration at Instahyre

Application tracking systems are used by almost all enterprises to tackle the applications received from multiple hiring sources. You can integrate your Application tracking system with your Instahyre employer account to simplify your hiring process and hire more efficiently.

It enables you to get up-to-date candidate information, boost collaboration while improving the candidate experience, and access more candidate data in a single platform.

Q. Who can integrate ATS with the Instahyre employer account?

One must be an Admin to integrate ATS for your team on Instahyre.

Q. How can I Integrate ATS?

Go to the Integrations page and click on "Applicant tracking system" from the left panel.
You'll be able to see a list of integrations available for your account.
Select the ATS platform available from the panel.
Depending upon the type of ATS you have selected enter the API key and/or Subdomain to integrate it.
Once done your account will be integrated into your ATS.

Q. How can I remove my ATS integration?

Go to your integrations page.
You'll be able to see integrated ATS right at the top of the page.
Click on the delete icon and your integrations will be deleted.
Please note, you need to have admin access to make this change.

Access your account settings as well as other settings

To access the settings page, click on your initials at the rightmost side of the dashboard. Then select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

The settings page is divided into "Accounts Settings", "Notification Settings" and "Other Settings".

Account Settings

Under "Account Settings" you can add your details like name, profile picture, current role, official email ID and phone number. If your account is already connected with LinkedIn then a few details will automatically be pre-filled.

You can edit your role, email ID, password, and phone number from here. Once, you are done making the changes, click on "Save".

To change your name or profile picture on Instahyre

Go to your LinkedIn account and change your name or profile picture there.
Once the details are updated on your LinkedIn, open your Instahyre settings.
Click on your profile picture, and the system will prompt you to sign in using your LinkedIn account. Once you do that, your name and profile photo on Instahyre will be updated to the same information you set on your LinkedIn profile.
