Introduction to ATS integration at Instahyre

Application tracking systems are used by almost all enterprises to tackle the applications received from multiple hiring sources. You can integrate your Application tracking system with your Instahyre employer account to simplify your hiring process and hire more efficiently.

It enables you to get up-to-date candidate information, boost collaboration while improving the candidate experience, and access more candidate data in a single platform.

Q. Who can integrate ATS with the Instahyre employer account?

One must be an Admin to integrate ATS for your team on Instahyre.

Q. How can I Integrate ATS?

Go to the Integrations page and click on "Applicant tracking system" from the left panel.

You'll be able to see a list of integrations available for your account.

Select the ATS platform available from the panel.

Depending upon the type of ATS you have selected enter the API key and/or Subdomain to integrate it.

Once done your account will be integrated into your ATS.

Q. How can I remove my ATS integration?

Go to your integrations page.

You'll be able to see integrated ATS right at the top of the page.

Click on the delete icon and your integrations will be deleted.

Please note, you need to have admin access to make this change.

Q. I am unable to find my ATS here, what should I do?

Instahyre has partnered with many ATS platforms. But, if you don't see your preferred partner on the list then please contact your Account manager and we'll connect with the respective ATS partner for integration.

Q. How do I know if my organization is eligible for ATS integration?

ATS integrations are only available to organizations that are on our yearly subscription plans.
