Usage reports

Learn how to download your team's usage reports

Admins can keep track of team activity and download usage report of their team members. This would help them in understanding the team progress as well as make sure all paid inventories are utilized at optimum level.

Click on your Photo at the top-right corner and go to "Reports".



Now scroll down and select a date range for the report you wish to see. Or click on options like "Last 30 days" or "Last 90 days".



If you want to check the usage report for all recruiters registered on Instahyre then click on "All recruiters". You could also select "Specific recruiters" in case you wish to see reports of select few users.

Select the desired format of the report.

Once that is done, select the team members (including you) who should be receiving the report.

Click on "Generate report"



The download link for the report will be sent to your email.



If you are unable to download any usage report

Please note that only "Admins" of a subscription plan are allowed to download usage report.

If your organization is on a free plan then you will have to upgrade to a subscription plan in order to download usage report.
