Personalising Emails with Dynamic Tags
Our email tool allows you to personalise your messages using dynamic tags. These tags act as placeholders that automatically pull information from the candidate or your profile and insert it into the message when the email is sent.
This helps make your communication more relevant and engaging without the need to manually edit each email.
What are dynamic tags?
Dynamic tags are text placeholders enclosed in double square brackets like [[this]]
. When you send an email, the system replaces these placeholders with actual data specific to each candidate or recruiter.
For example:
- If you write: Hi [[candidate_first_name]],
- And the candidate’s name is "John Doe"
- The candidate will receive: Hi John,
This feature helps you send personalised emails in bulk, without having to manually update each message for every recipient.
Where can dynamic tags be used?
You can use dynamic tags in the following places:
- Email subject line
- Email body
- Email templates
