Troubleshooting important queries regarding the Scheduler

Q. How can I delete an event?

Go to the event you wish to delete and click on the bin icon.

Then, confirm that you are permanently deleting the event.

Q. Can I edit an event?

Yes, you can edit an event by clicking on the edit icon.

Q. Why am I unable to schedule any events?

Make sure your calendar is integrated with your Instahyre employer account in order to create events.

Q. How do I send interview links to candidates?

Click on the "Send email" button next to the candidate profile or click their name in the Inbox to access the conversation tab.

Now, click on the calendar button.



Select the "Send a scheduling link" option.



Then, select the "Event name" you wish to use for this particular interview.



In case you want to create a new event, then click on the plus sign. Otherwise, click on confirm.
