Q. How can I delete an event?
- Go to the event you wish to delete and click on the bin icon.
- Then, confirm that you are permanently deleting the event.
Q. Can I edit an event?
Yes, you can edit an event by clicking on the edit icon.
Q. Why can't some interviewers be added to any events?
This usually happens when the interviewer you are trying to schedule with has not integrated their calendar with Instahyre. In such cases, you can simply hover over the alert icon next to that interviewer's name. You will see a tooltip with option "Notify interviewer to integrate it." Click this, and the interviewer will receive a reminder email to integrate their calendar. Once they complete the integration, you will be able to add them to events.
Q. How do I send interview links to candidates?
- Click on the "Send email" button next to the candidate profile or click their name in the Inbox to access the conversation tab.
- Now, click on the calendar button.
- Select the "Send a scheduling link" option.
- Then, select the "Event name" you wish to use for this particular interview.
- In case you want to create a new event, then click on the plus sign. Otherwise, click on confirm.
