Instahyre offers various job slots to cater to the diverse hiring needs of employers. These slots determine the type of access and features available for creating and managing job postings on the platform. In this article, we'll explore the different job slots available on Instahyre and the features associated with each.
Instahyre offers three primary job slot types:
Free Slot
ATS-only Slot
Sourcing + ATS Slot

Upgrading a free job to a premium job is a simple and cost-effective way to access more candidates. By paying a nominal fee, you can unlock up to 250 active candidate profiles for that job. After exhausting the 250 views, the access to profiles will be limited similar to free jobs, while access to 0 profiles is provided on passive or search page. This is a great way to get more exposure and find the best fit for your job opening.
You can change the slot type of a job created on "Free slot" to "Sourcing+ATS" slot if you subscribe to a plan that includes Sourcing+ATS slots. This means that Licensed Admins/Recruiters who are already subscribed to the job can update the slot type, provided that Sourcing+ATS slots are available. As a result, you'll have access to an unlimited pool of candidates for sourcing through Instahyre, as well as all the ATS features you need.

On Jobs page, click "Edit job" for the job you want to upgrade.
In Step 1 of the job form, select "Sourcing + ATS slot" and "Save" the job.
