Q1. Can I save my searches?

Yes, absolutely! You can easily save the most used searches or searches for important roles.

First, carry out a search on the platform.

Once you are on the "Search result" page, click on "Save this search"



Define the name you want to save the search as, and select whether you wish to make the saved search available to your team members.



Once you are done, click on the "Save" button.

Q.2 Where can I see searches done by me in the past?

You can view the past searches you have done on the platform by going to the "Recent searches" dashboard. You will be able to see the past 10 searches.

Q.3 How can I filter my candidate search based on educational qualification?

Instahyre Advanced Search offers a lot of filters so that you can pinpoint your exact requirement. You can also filter your search query based on educational qualification.

Scroll down to optional filters.

Click on the "Education" filter.

Now you have multiple options to select Undergrad or Postgrad filters. In fact, you can custom select the type of course as well.



Once you are done, click on the "Search" button.

Q.4 Can I hide profiles viewed by my colleagues or by me?

Yes, of course, you can hide candidate profiles already viewed by your colleagues as well as by yourself.

Scroll down to optional filters.

Go to the "Hide Profiles" filter and select either Viewed by or Contacted by option.

Then select "Colleagues" or "Me".

Then select the time period for which you want to hide the viewed profiles.



Once you are done, click on the "Search" button.

Q.5 How can I access my saved searches?

Hover your cursor on the search tab.

Click on "Saved Searches".

Here you'll see all the searches you have saved.



You can also see saved searches shared by your team members.
