In this article you will learn how to enable your SSO with Okta. Before enabling it on Instahyre make sure you already have an existing configured application on Okta

Here are the steps to create a new application for SSO in Okta

In the Admin console, go to Applications

Click on Create App Integration



Select SAML 2.0 in the Sign-in method section and Click Next.



On the General Settings tab, enter a name for your integration and optionally upload a logo. Click Next.



In the SAML Settings add the following values:

Single sign on URL: https://www.instahyre.com/saml2/acs/ (Select the box for Use this for Recipient URL and Destination URL)
Audience URI (SP Entity ID): https://www.instahyre.com/saml2/metadata/
Name ID Format: EmailAddress



Under the Attribute Statements section of the SAML setting, add the following:
email set to "user.email"



Click Next to continue with configuring the new application.



Fill in additional details about your app and click Finish.



On the webpage that opens, copy the metadata information to an xml file



Log into Instahyre and go to Integrations > Single Sign On from your admin account



After the metadata file is uploaded, SSO will be enabled.
You can invite users and manage permissions/user settings from your Identity provider
