Auto generated subject line for bulk emails
When you send a bulk email to multiple candidates, you want to make sure that your subject line is relevant and personalized for each one of them. That’s why Instahyre automatically generates a subject line for each candidate based on their status and history.
Instahyre uses its intuitive algorithm to create a subject line that matches the context and tone of your email. For candidates who have been previously emailed, the existing subject line will be used to maintain the continuity of the conversation. For candidates who have not been previously emailed, the subject line will be generated depending on whether they have applied or not.
However, If you still want to add a custom subject line for all candidates, you can do so by clicking the “edit subject” icon shown below. This will show a blank field where you can enter your own subject line. You can also use "Insert" menu to add dynamic variables such as the candidate’s name, job title, or company name.:
