Ensure to give the exact address in detail in order to receive it without delay, and mention the company as we will be validating it with them.

###### 1. I haven’t received my goodies yet. Why so?

It can take a few weeks due to various processes. In case you haven’t received it after a month of submitting your request, please let us know and we will have it investigated.

###### 2. My goodies are showing as delivered on the tracking but I haven’t received them yet. What should I do?

For delivery of the package, you will have to check directly with the courier company and register a complaint with them if they did not deliver. It is not possible from our end to check thousands of tracking ID. You will receive a tracking number in your email.
